Hmmmm. If this was an ad for greening your environment, clean water, or something sustainable then I might say that this is a great ad. But because Absolute has a big budget they put together this piece. It is still pretty cool though.

Graffiti - Pfizer Commercial
This commercial was posted on through our internal email. For those of you who missed it, it is worth a watch, and some goose bumps.

TATE MODERN, "Tate Tracks"
A friend of mine had this link in her Gchat. It is a pretty interesting way to get the younger demographic interested in Art. The California Academy of Sciences is also doing this with the 20-30 something crowd by letting people visit the museum after hours and view the art, listen to music, and have a beverage or two.
HD in SLOOOOOWWWWWMMMMOOOOO
I-Movix SprintCam v3 NAB 2009 showreel from David Coiffier on Vimeo.
Slo-mo seems to be the recent theme. This would be a brilliant ad for a company to use to highlight the benefits of HD TV.

Humana - 2nd Hand Clothes
We all try to donate our old clothes to Good Will or the Salvation Army, but think about the good it could do for a 3rd world country. This ad's depiction of second hand clothes meeting new people is one, very visually pleasing, and two, hits right on the empathy chord. Humana is not found in the US, but I am sure we could find another location that would be able to donate our clothes to needy people.

HD: Super Slo-mo Surfer! - South Pacific - BBC Two
Most sporting events/people have been slowed down to get the full effect of their powerful movement. It is logical progression to slow down mother earth, but surfing helps bring this movie to the mainstream. Magical is a great word to explain what a wave looks like in slow-mo. I need to find this show on TV.

McDonald's Piccadilly Circus
This is a great way to combine outdoor and social media. Talk about getting people to talk about a billboard that they interacted with.

Heineken - Cab
This reminds me of Karaoke the other night. Well maybe we were a little better. The difference was that the cab driver was a woman who only sang Rolling Stones songs, and danced/sounded like Mick Jagger, except her voice was similar to a fog horn.
Hasbro - Risk Website
Gambler Crew vs Dream Team Japan (Full Battle)
So this may not be advertising, but HOLY CRAP! I think it should be titled, "Who said the human body wasn't capable of everything?"
Amnesty International: Frau im Koffer
I can't understand the language, but the point gets across anyways. This ad is about people trade if you didn't get it.
Massive yarn ball rolls through San Francisco
Cutwater's ad for Ray Ban. Looks like the Sony Bravia commercail Balls, but Hipster style.

Solar Billboard
Clever way to get a point across. I wonder what we should name this type of advertising? Disposable advertising, recyclable advertising, Leave-no-trace advertising? Suggestions?
Carlton Draught Drop the Bomb
If you have seen the other Carlton Draught commercials you wonder what the company says to the ad agency. I mean this would be a fun place to work when a company says we'll give someone $100K for us to drop their car out of a plane. Not to bad.

LG Commercial - VH1 Save the Music Foundation - Drum Routine
Juvenile Stomp brings you save music programs in schools. Even air drumming sounds good in this ad. I guess we anything can be turned into something you can beat the noise out of.

NEW: Heineken Walking Fridge (follow up)
The first Heineken ad was pretty funny, but when can we actually get a fridge like this? Friday beer day would be a whole new experience if you could call a robot fridge to bring you a beer at your desk. I guess this might help contribute to us getting fatter. Hmmmm... It is a trade off I am willing to take.
